The Social Clinic of Solidarity in Thessaloniki invites you to the presentation of our new Calendar for the year 2016.
We are leaving a hard year behind us, where "so much has taken place, but nothing seems to have really happened". We are awaiting for the new year, which is about to come..

On Saturday, the 5th of December, at 8 o' clock in the evening, in the workers' cafe in the Harbour of Thessaloniki (next to the Museum of Photography).
We give an end to drownings and fences !!
Everybody is talking hypocritically about border fences in other countries - but on the same time tenths of refugees drown every day in the greek seas. This barbarity must come to an end! The SSC joins the struggle for free and safe transit of the thousands of refugees, who are seeking hope and a chance for survival. We are calling all people in Thessaloniki to participate at the nationwide demo and action in Evros, against the border fence in Evros, on Saturday the 31st Oct 2015. We call everybody to participate in the actions against Fortress Europe!
We demand that the war in Syria and the carnage of victims come to an end! We demand open borders and torn down border fences and walls in Greece, in Europe, everywhere!

Francesco Tristano plays Bach in Solidarity with Greece
Piano recital to support the Social Solidarity Clinics in Thessaloniki and Chania. Co-organised by the "Pharmacists without Borders Luxemburg", this event is part of their fundraising campaign to aid vaccination of uninsured children.

18ο Antiracism Festival of Social Solidarity
The Social Clinic of Solidarity in Thessaloniki participates yet another year in the Anti Racism Festival of Social Solidarity, along with other collectives of the city. The festival will be held this year in the harbour of the city the weekend 16-18 October. We will be there, at the conversations, the concerts and the several activities!
